Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Lettr, a service that helps you create and export business documents. By creating an account or using the product you agree to them.

1. The service

Lettr is a document generator. You enter company details, choose a template, fill in fields and export a PDF or DOCX. That is the product.

Lettr is not:

• accounting software
• a bookkeeping, payroll or tax-filing service
• an e-invoicing, fiscalization or tax-authority gateway
• a law firm, and it does not provide legal, tax or fiscal advice

2. Documents you generate

Documents produced in Lettr are user-generated. You decide what they say, which fields to complete, which tax rates to apply, and whether the result is fit to send.

Lettr does not guarantee that any document is legally, tax- or fiscally compliant in any jurisdiction. Layouts, sample clauses and calculated totals are tools, not a certification. You remain responsible for the content of every document and for how you use it.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate account details and keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you run Lettr in local mode on your own machine, you are also responsible for that environment and the files it stores.

4. Plans, payment and refunds

Paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you ask within 14 days of purchase, we refund that payment in full. Lifetime access is a one-off purchase. Business and Pro are subscriptions you can cancel, billed monthly or yearly.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe when the hosted product is configured for billing. Prices are shown in euros on the pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Lettr to produce documents you know are false or fraudulent, to impersonate someone else, to break the law, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being abused.

6. Intellectual property

Lettr, its templates, software and branding remain ours. The content you enter - company details, customer data, letter text, contract clauses - remains yours. You grant us the limited right to process that content solely to provide the service, including generating previews and exports.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Lettr available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Features may change. Exports depend on the engines configured for PDF and DOCX generation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lettr is provided as is. We are not liable for loss arising from the content of documents you generate, from a document being rejected by a counterparty or authority, or from relying on Lettr as a substitute for an accountant or lawyer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do. If a change is material we will note it in the product where we reasonably can.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Questions can be sent to hello@adriadigital.agency. The operator is identified in the impressum. The privacy policy explains how account and document data are handled.
