Questions about invoices
Is this accounting software?
No. An invoice in Lettr is a document you fill in and export. It does not keep a ledger, match payments, or file anything with a tax authority.
Will the invoice be legally compliant?
Lettr does not certify that. There is no automatic check against Croatian, EU or any other invoicing rules, and there is no e-invoicing or fiscalization. You choose the fields and you remain responsible for the result.
Does it calculate tax?
Each line can carry a tax rate, and totals follow those figures. You enter the rate that applies. Lettr does not decide VAT treatment for you.
Can I number invoices?
Yes. Invoice numbers come from a sequence you control on your company, so each document can have a unique number.
